RESERVATION LIST DEPOSITS CERTIFICATES Thank you for your interest in Simply Perfect Paws Reservation List, Balance Pay Off and Pay In Full Certificates. Our reservation list certificates refund policy is as follows: Refundable Deposits: Deposits are refundable up until 1 week prior to your reserved litter's expected birth date. If you decide to cancel your reservation before this deadline, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. All refunded deposits are paid out twice a month either on the 15th or 30th day of that month or the following month of eligible refunds minus 15% refund processing fee. i.e. {requested July 1st - 15th will refund on August 15th, requested July 16th - July 31st will refund on August 30th.} Non-Refundable Deposits: After the 1-week deadline prior to the expected birth date of your reserved litter, deposits become non-refundable. This means that if you cancel your reservation after this deadline, you will not be eligible for a refund of your deposit. Reservation List Deposits: If you have made a reservation and the litter you had selected is born, you have the option to choose a puppy from that litter. However, if you are unable to select a puppy from the current litter for any reason, you have the opportunity to roll over your reservation list pick for up to 1 year after the birth date of your prior reserved litter.
