Refund Policy:

At Perfect Paw Pups, we want to ensure transparency and clarity in our refund policy. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have implemented the following guidelines for deposit refunds:

Deposits Refundable:

Deposits made to reserve a puppy are refundable up until 1 week prior to the expected birth date of your reserved litter. If you decide to cancel your reservation before this deadline, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. (Minus 20% Processing Fee)

Deposits Non-Refundable:

After the 1-week deadline prior to the expected birth date of your reserved litter, deposits become non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation after this deadline, the deposit amount is non-refundable.

Reservation List Picks:

If you have made a reservation and a litter is born, you have the opportunity to choose a puppy from that litter. If you are unable to select a puppy from the current litter for any reason, you have the option to roll over your reservation list pick for up to 1 year after the birth date of your prior reserved litter. It's important to note that rolled-over reservation list picks can only be used once and will expire if not utilized within the 1-year timeframe.

Additional Circumstances:

All reservation list deposit refunds are subject to a 20% processing fee. If you decide to cancel your reservation before the 1-week deadline prior to the expected birth date of your reserved litter, a refund of your deposit will be issued.

Refund Processing Schedule:

All deposit refunds will be processed on the 15th and 30th of each month. For example, if a refund is requested between the 1st and 15th of the month, it will be processed on the 15th of the following month. Refunds requested after the 15th will be processed on the 30th of the following month.
