Perfect Paw Pups was founded by Hutch, who moved to Houston in 2001 after a long career in the wireless industry. In 2007, after adopting a Shih Tzu named Victoria, our family discovered the rare and beautiful Mal‑Shi breed — and everything changed.

We decided to create a loving, home‑based breeding program dedicated to Maltese and Mal‑Shi puppies. That’s when Perfect Paw Pups was born.
