7 DAY GENERAL HEALTH GUARANTEE

Your Puppy’s First Vet Visit

We guarantee that your puppy is healthy at the time of adoption. You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of pickup or delivery.

If your vet finds a serious health concern within this window, we will work with you to make it right according to the terms of this guarantee.

This guarantee does not cover minor, common, or easily treatable conditions such as parasites, coccidia, giardia, or stress‑related issues.

1‑YEAR GENETIC HEALTH GUARANTEE

Protection Against Genetic Conditions

For the first 1 year, your puppy is covered for any life‑altering genetic condition diagnosed and confirmed by a licensed veterinarian. If such a condition is found, you will receive a replacement puppy from the next available litter

2‑YEAR EXTENDED GENETIC GUARANTEE

Extra Peace of Mind

We extend your genetic protection to 2 full years. If a serious genetic condition is diagnosed within this period, you will receive a replacement puppy from the next available litter.

5‑YEAR CONGENITAL GUARANTEE

Long‑Term Congenital Protection

Your puppy is covered for 5 years against severe congenital defects that significantly impact quality of life.

This coverage includes a replacement puppy only, which is the safest and most standard option for both families and breeders.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

To keep this guarantee fair and legally safe, the following are not covered:

• Hypoglycemia

• Parasites (internal or external)

• Coccidia or giardia

• Minor cosmetic issues

• Hernias

• Luxating patellas Grade 1–2

• Allergies

• Behavioral issues

• Injuries, accidents, or neglect

• Illnesses caused by improper care or unsafe environments

BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES

To keep your guarantee valid, you agree to:

• Have your puppy examined by a licensed vet within 7 days.

• Keep your puppy up‑to‑date on vaccinations and deworming.

• Provide proper nutrition, care, and a safe environment.

• Avoid exposing your puppy to public places before vaccinations are complete.

Failure to follow these guidelines voids the guarantee.
