Our Exact Pickup Location

All pickups take place in Humble, Texas, at a safe, easy‑to‑find meeting location. Once your pickup time is confirmed, we’ll send you the exact address and simple directions.

Scheduling Your Pickup Time

We schedule pickups individually to ensure each family has a calm, unrushed experience. You’ll receive your pickup window as your puppy’s go‑home date approaches.

What to Expect When You Arrive

We’ll meet you with your puppy, their health record, and everything included in your adoption. You’ll have time to ask questions, take photos, and get your puppy settled before heading home.
