Your Deposit Reserves Your Puppy
All deposits placed with Perfect Paw Pups are non‑refundable. When you place a deposit, we reserve your pick order and begin planning for your upcoming adoption.
However, we understand that life happens — which is why deposits are:
• Fully transferable for up to 1 year
• Transferable to any future litter
• Transferable to any available puppy
This gives families flexibility without compromising fairness to others on the list.
PAYMENTS ARE NON‑REFUNDABLE
Final Payments Are Also Non‑Refundable
Once a payment is made toward your puppy (including the final balance), it is non‑refundable. This policy ensures that each puppy’s placement is secure and prevents last‑minute cancellations that can disrupt the puppy’s transition.
WHEN REFUNDS ARE ISSUED
The Only Exception
A refund will only be issued if Perfect Paw Pups cancels the adoption due to:
• A verified health concern
• A breeder‑related issue
• A situation where we determine the puppy should not leave our care
In these rare cases, you may choose:
• A full refund, or
• A transfer to a future litter
This is the only scenario where refunds apply.
HEALTH‑RELATED GUARANTEE (NO REFUNDS)
Replacement Puppy Only
If a genetic or congenital issue is discovered under the terms of our Health Guarantee, the remedy is:
A replacement puppy from the next available litter
No monetary refunds
This is standard across reputable breeders and ensures fairness and clarity for all families.
DELIVERY FEES
Delivery Fees Are Non‑Refundable
If you choose flight nanny delivery:
Delivery fees are non‑refundable once booked
If a flight is canceled due to weather or airline issues, it will be rescheduled, not refunded
This protects both the family and the flight nanny’s schedule.
TRANSFERS & CREDITS
Flexible Options for Families
We allow families to transfer their deposit or payment to:
• A future litter
• A different puppy
• A different breed (if available)
Transfers are valid for 12 months from the original deposit date.
